How do I become a Bike Alert Hellas customer?

How do I access the B2B area?


As a Bike Alert Hellas customer you are automatically eligible to use our B2B area. To get your account set up please register via this online form using your Customer No. and we will be in touch to let you know when your account is ready to use.

How do I reset my password?


If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on Recover now on the Login page and then entering your username. You will be sent further instructions on how to proceed via e-mail.

How do I change my password?


You can change your password by completing the Change Password form found in the Profile Info section of your profile.

How do I manage my notification preferences?

You can manage your notification settings by visiting the Notifications section of your Profile page and choosing from the available options.γές.

How do I manage my preferences, such as the website language or default shipping method on orders?


You can manage your preferences by visiting the Preferences section of your Profile page and choosing from the available options.

How can I change my invoicing or contact details?

Product & Stock
How do I search for a product?


There are various ways you can find the item you need:

  • Typing the item no, the manufacturer’s item no. or the item’s description in the search bar   found at the top of every page
  • Using the Vehicle Search functionality
  • Selecting the Products tab at the top of every page and then browsing by Category, Subcategory and/or Brand.
     
How can I filter search results?


Once you’ve searched for an item you can refine the results by selecting from any of the available filters on the left side of the product listings page. 

Can I check in-store stock from the website? 


Absolutely! To check live in-store stock go to any item’s product page (e.g. HF303) and click on Check in-store stock.

How can I find out additional information about a product?


Additional information for each product, such as technical specifications or vehicle fitment information, can be found on each item’s product page by clicking on the Product Details or Product Fitment tabs beneath the product photograph.

Orders
How do I place an order?

First, you need to add items to your Shopping Cart using one of the ways detailed below:

  • Clicking the Add to Cart button on the product listing page
  • Clicking the Add to Cart button on the product page
  • Uploading an excel file with your order on the Shopping Cart page
  • Searching for, and adding, an item from the Shopping Cart page

From a previously saved order
Then, from the Shopping Cart page click on Proceed to Checkout. Select your preferred shipping method, select if you’d like to back order or cancel out of stock and partially available items, review your order summary, and click on Place Order to finalise.

Can I choose my delivery or collection method when placing an order?


You can choose the desired delivery or collection method for your order during checkout.

Can I save my order for later?


To add items from your order to a Saved Order for later use, go to your Shopping Cart and select any items you want to add. Then click on Save for later and follow the on screen instructions to either add the item(s) to a previously created Saved Order or to create a new one. 

Can I cancel an order?


An order cannot be cancelled via the website once it has been placed. In the case you urgently need to cancel an order please contact us directly via telephone at 210 512 0260, 210 512 3823 & 210 341 3733.

Can I add to my order?

Once an order has been placed you can no longer add to it or edit it from our website. However, you can place any number of additional orders to be shipped together with your previous order. 

Can I track the status of my order?



You can view the status of your order by referring to the Order Status column on the Order(s) page or from your Dashboard

Can I cancel an item I have on back order?


You can cancel an item on back order from the Back Order(s) page by clicking on the delete icon at the end of the row of the item you wish to remove, and then confirming the cancellation.

Can I return an item?
